WHY THIS SITE WAS MADE: 

In July 2001, I found that the number of things I submitted to Shirley Holmes Central had increased rapidly over time. I never had a good reason or enough material to start a site, but that was no longer any trouble.

This site will feature all my Shirley related ideas. They can still be reached from Central, but starting a site of my own with this provider gives me the chance to make occasional changes to my own work without bothering Damon Ford to update it. (Thanks for being so helpful and patient with me by the way!)

In the background I have also been involved in creating 'Shirley Holmes UK', another site in the Shirley Worldwide section. If the other people involved are OK with it, the UK site will be hosted with this provider giving me the option to do some work without bothering Damon.

It's just another part of Shirley Holmes Central, only a different webmaster, me...
